My EDURUN Experience

My EDURUN Experience
Recently, I had the opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful EDURUN, a charity run organized by my school, Vinschool Central Park. I was honored to be selected as one of the seven ambassador families representing the event, and it is an experience I will always be grateful for.
Being chosen as an ambassador family felt both exciting and meaningful. It was not just about participating in a run, but about representing a shared purpose supporting a charitable cause and encouraging others in the community to get involved. It made me realize how events like this can bring people together, not only through physical activity, but through a common intention to contribute to something greater.
One of the most memorable moments for me was having the chance to run the first 100 meters as part of the opening of the event. Standing at the starting line, I felt a mix of excitement and pride. It was a small moment, but it carried a strong sense of responsibility and appreciation. Being able to help officially begin such a meaningful event made the experience even more special.
Throughout the run, I could feel the energy and enthusiasm of everyone involved students, teachers, and families all coming together. It reminded me that even simple actions, like participating in a run, can create a positive impact when done collectively.
This experience has left a lasting impression on me. It taught me the importance of community involvement and how meaningful it is to contribute, even in small ways. More than anything, I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of EDURUN, and I am already looking forward to participating again next year.
It was not just a run, it was a reminder of how powerful a shared purpose can be.
